The Fundació Privada Güell (hereinafter, Güell Foundation) only collects the personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the registration form or the contact email of the website www.fundacioguell.com (info@fundacioguell.com).

This data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

By submitting their personal data, the user consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of communication between them and the Güell Foundation, the data controller.

Confidentiality in the processing of personal data, which is used exclusively internally and for the indicated purposes, is guaranteed.

Without prejudice to the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), and within the limits provided for in data protection regulations, the user may exercise at any time the rights recognized in the aforementioned Organic Law (among others, the rights of access, rectification, opposition, and deletion) by writing to:

Communications exercising these rights must contain the following information and must necessarily be accompanied by the following documents:

• Identification of the person exercising their rights and address for communications, expressly designating notification by postal or electronic means, it being essential, in the latter case, to provide a valid email address.

• Request specifying the nature of the request.

• Photocopy of ID card, passport, or any other official document proving the identity of the interested party.
